Means testing will grow to dominate Medicare policy, as the taxpayers revolt against these excessive gifts to the unproductive. The Great Social Security Fraud is badly in need of means testing also-so that our future is not wasted on the Phillipps' of the world, who insist on riding the welfare wagon instead of helping pull it.

Don't assume that goes unnoticed, just because the debate is centered on the Great Medicare Fraud for the time being...
