OK, but even at the servers it will be much cheaper to compress the video for storage. Imagine how much storage would be required to store the inventory of a Blockbuster store. And if you store it compressed it must be cheaper to transmit it compressed. By the time that GG's prophesies are valid, MPEG-2 decompression in SW should be trivial. I don't really buy the NC argument. Looks to me like the anti-microsoft guys have just reinvented the dumb terminal. It will be very useful for some large businesses, but for home use and small businesses, I think the PC will always be more popular. Rick
