I have another potential long hedge for your TC & TTF shorts. Believe it or not, the Templeton Vietnam Fund (TVF) is presently about 25% in Thailand. Last I checked, it was trading at a slight discount to NAV.

Beware, however, TVF is undergoing some significant changes (tender offer, name change):

Also, I contacted Morgan Stanley again and they indicated that some of the planed new WEBS should begin trading sometime in the first half of the year. They could not say if the planned Thai WEBS would be one of them.
