I hope that EFCX announces the opening of its factory on time (as stated in the SEC fillings and in the Jerusalem Post). SEC filings, press releases and newspaper interviews are subject to corrections and changes as new facts are discovered.

The financial key for me is when EFCX gets its battery factory operational and when it gets up to sales, not just production, of 500,000 batteries a month. The underling and fundamental engineering achievement is the manufacturing of zinc air batteries, which work, at a rate of 500,000 units per month.

If EFCX does get its sales up to 500,000 units per month, it will be a manufacturing company which does its own R & D and not just a research boutique that works for others.
