A new CFO will be better suited to leading this high growth company towards its target of $2,000,000,000 in sales and EBIDTA of $430,000,000 by 2005. CONV has major upside potential as it is trading at only 1.6X expected 2000 revenues and with 38% gross margins, it should soon command some interest from institutions wanting to participate in voice and data convergence.
