Easton Minerals Ltd. Company Announcement NORVAL, ONTARIO--Jeremy N. Kendall, Chairman of Easton Minerals Ltd. (Easton - VSE) announced today that Easton has suspended negotiations with Paramount Ventures and Finance Inc. (Paramount - VSE) to acquire their 30% interest in two private Brazilian companies owned by Paramount in the state of Mato Grosso, Brazil. Paramount has offered to pay US $50,000 to compensate for Easton's expenses. Easton is continuing discussions with a Brazilian investor that holds a 20% interest in these two private Brazilian companies to acquire his interest. -30- So EM is only going to get 20%??????? Plus the chanse to sue PVF ... LOL What a f*ck-up this is!
