See raging bull and www.earthsearch.com website. They have a remote sensing technology that can identify gold, oil, vegatation, etc down to 1 meter sensitivity. They are the leader in the $20 billion market. A spectral analysis scan similar to a DNA match is used. The company has major contracts and is moving from the R&D phase to the marketing phase.
