I hope that at least some of the republicans can appreciate the irony here.

When Bill Clinton was first elected, the republicans were all grousing about how he was not a legitimate president because he did not win a majority of the popular vote, because he was a draft dodger, because he was a pot smoker, etc.

Now we have Dubious George, who barely squeaked by thanks to the USSC, who has a history with drugs he will not discuss, who went AWOL from his military unit, and the republicans are saying we should give him the benefit of the doubt and support his administration.

The republicans are always talking about how dumb we democrats are, but can they possibly believe that we are THAT dumb?
