60, no blood pressure raised. Sorry if it came off stern on my end it was not meant to be! My questions were of course genuine as I am curious. I enjoy the topic so was just giving my view based on what was shared here.

That said some other thoughts on this before I wrap up for the weekend. Revolver increased $75M and then they took the $975M after - which didn't hit this Q. So interest expense will now rise to $63.63M from this use of revolver. They have $897M combined cash + $975M they just took from facility giving combined $1,872M in liquidity. Now I never indicated they hit a covenant breach but that poster seems to think because net leverage is under that's okay, but I do not see it the same.

To me this is prepetition war chest build as direct/indirect costs can rise to 16-20% of firm value if they file. If we take EV of $7,270.81 1 then they would need capital of $982.53-$1,228.16 to support them plus fund the business. Then we have $1,200,000.00 for Carol and Roger for a year which may or may not be rolled into that cost. There could also be risk of lawsuits developing during the process that drag it out if they can't prepack and it goes into freefall so more cash needed.

If you do have thoughts on what that Substack user posted would love to hear them. This forum is meant to discuss this company so open to any thoughts - even if we don't all agree. Have a nice weekend, 60. Thank you for your contribution and discussions.

Happy investing,

-Sean
