Just to make it official, Solidor is now Sheffield Resources Inc (SFL). Here is the VSE announcement:

NOTICE TYPE: Name Change and Consolidation
NOTICE DATE: March 7, 1997

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders February 19, 1997, the Company has consolidated
its capital on a 5 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of
the Company has also been changed from Solidor Resources Inc. to Sheffield Resources Inc.

Effective at the opening March 12, 1997, the common shares of Sheffield Resources Inc. will be posted and
called for trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the common shares of Solidor Resources Inc.
will be delisted. The Company is classified as a "Venture" company.

1,644,942 shares are issued and outstanding
