Subject: OVIS Hi Riley I just tried to track down my certs. My brokerage house (First Union) said that things were delayed because of a computer reorginization. I originally put my request in Aug. 22 but due to the computer problems the request had gone in Sept 2. My broker then gave me the transfer agent's phone number. Ok, called the transfer agent ( Trans Securities International Tel # 509-927-1255) and asked about the status of my request. She asked me for the company name. I told her the company and asked her if there had been many requests for OVIS certs. She said she had received a lot over the past few days and they keep comming in. Unfortunately my request hadent gotten there yet. Apparently there is a middle man ; the Depository Trust Company. Some brokers send the request there first. Once received, it takes only a few days to wind up at Trans Securities International. So basically I have to wait a little longer for a request that originated 2.5 weeks ago. All I want to say is TRACK THE CERTIFICATES DOWN. OVIS is apparently getting very well known at the transfer agent. Riley, can post. Please remove name -- RG
