This is IMPOSSIBLE. The Pals and the rest of the Arabs will NEVER accept this.

The UN resolution discussed in the article indicated that it was an attempt to recognize a "Palestinian nation" in some geographies listed. That's why I asked for an explanation of the geographic areas. Even if you want to claim the rest of the Arabs will never accept a Jewish Israel where it currently exists, at least it would seem good for Israel if the "world community" (ie, the UN) recognized the separate nations of Israel (already voted on in 1948 or so) and Palestine (the resolution discussed in the article).

Once you've got a recognized Palestine (separate from Israel), you've got no excuse for any Palestinian refugees, and you've got no reason to send them funds....
