I mentioned this to Shack in passing yesterday, but after today's bank action, it becomes more interesting: so far as I can tell, yesterday there was a 700 contract buy on the BKX 840 puts (already up about 40% from purchase price! Wow.). This is a nearly $1.8 million bet/hedge/whatever in a VERY thinly traded set of options. I haven't looked at individual issue yet, but it would be interesting to see if there were large puts on the banksters in the last day or two. the freep
