Namibia Rare Earths (NRE-V) is offering 16.22 million shares at 18.5 cents. The $3-million that Mr. Burton is seeking is for further exploration on the company's Kunene cobalt and copper project in Namibia, and for preliminary evaluations of other projects. Namibia Rare is certain to raise over half the cash, as Gecko Namibia Pty. Ltd and Mr. McConnell have agreed to buy $1.72-million of stock.
