Ted,

From the rumor mill, Beyer and Grant were fired for going around Stein to the Board of Directors when Stein killed the deal with LSI. While this is purely a rumor, it came from a very reliable source and I believe it. It's very doubtful that they left because of accounting irregularities or other improprieties of that nature.
