Computer Sciences (CSC) is showing up on some value screens that I see. With a p/e 9 and a stock price close to stated bv, I'll start a very small tracking position.

I assume the major issue facing CSC is that its business might be hurt by cuts in government spending. Company already acknowledges that it's affected by delays in government spending.

One analyst has said offsetting reductions in government spending will be an inclination of governments to outsource more, rather than have government workers doing the work. And so, CSC should gain contracts from this.
