MEDX vs ABGX (relative valuation) I did a little spreadsheet to compare the relative price of MEDX and ABGX. Since the announced financing by MEDX on June 19th MEDX has priced at 58% of ABGX based on the closes. Yesterday MEDX sold at 54%. In the prior year MEDX averaged 72% of the price of ABGX. If the recent decline in the price of MEDX (even relative to ABGX) is a function of the convert offering this divergence may be a good entry point for MEDX. The chart paints the picture.
