Experience is why Biden is there. He is actually better for than Hillary. McCain has been around a long time but he doesn't strike me as having read a whole lot and being terribly knowledgable about countries and history and peoples. It is apparently an oddity to study that. People laugh at me for knowing the 'obscure' things I know, but those are the things that making getting along possible. What happened in Russia in 1721 still matters to them. What happened in England in... what was that year we kicked their asses? still matters to them. so on and so on. A small for instance is that I am French on my mother's side... so all the anti-french talk in America of course bothers me. Aren't I an American yet proud of my history before we came here? And didn't 10 young French men die in Afganistan just a few days ago? but what is this require citizens to do what? we've lost many freedoms the last 8 years. are there more on the table to be lost?
