RAIN should be reporting earnings for 1Q by Tuesday 5/5. I'd bet some short-termers are playing RAIN for a decent pop when they report. Of course the short-term traders will also close out their positions into good news so unless it's very good news todays little pop ain't no big deal. However if there's a new Pres announced, and/or better than expected SSS figures and/or Animal Kingdoms run rate is exceeding expectations and not hurting the Marketplace RAIN at DW (which I think is quite likely) then we might well get break out. Personally I doubt we'll hear a new Pres announced now or at the annual, at least a strong independent one. And the SSS figures must show the bleeding is at least slowing at Woodfield, Gurnee Sawgrass and Tyson's. A good report on MGM would help (likely) I expect downtown Chicago's number will be very nice for the 1st month of the 2Q. Of course we'll probably learn more by what RAIN doesn't say at or dances around at the conference call. As inn whatever happened to the international units??? If I run across the conference call replay number I will post it. Regards to all, Dennis
