He has been concentrating on his political future for a lot of years now. We will be fortunate if there are more than a handful of generals and admirals who have not drank the PC koolaid. They have allowed themselves to be confused by the need to demonstrate fairness in their leadership versus the need to make everything equal. This style of management has been under development in the federal government since the eighties. Whenever a public union (federal) chose to whine about their leadership, they used the military as a bad example of how to treat people. The PC creep has been slow but consistent.
