I know it is no fun seeing Wave decline during our news drought. If you are an investor, you either believe Wave will deliver the goods or they won't. There are many solid arguments that state things are proceeding very well. Not the least is the all the hiring going on at Wave. I really don't believe all the hiring is for Hauphauge alone. There are bigger things in the works. I guess Wave will release news when it is appropriate. Their negotiations are very complicated. We are talking about a "STANDARD" for the industry. Wave needs to get the major players all on the same page. I would assume that each of the OEM's had their unique set of needs and wants. Wave needed to figure out a way to get all of them on the same sheet of music. I am sure this is not a simple task. I would be VERY surprised if we did not have some major news before Comdex. If I remember correctly, Wave had a few smaller scale announcements before the E3 show leading up to the larger Hauphauge and SMSC announcements. Maybe Wave will tease us once again with a few smaller deals and than announce something more significant between the shareholder meeting and Comdex. Just thinking out loud.
