Look at the date of that forecast and consider where we are currently vs Nov 2020.

Any and all polls about 2020 done now are worthless.

You might note how Trump has done in Biden even though what Trump did to do that might get Trump impeached. Trump will be much happier to face Pocahontas than Sleepy Joe..
