Appointment Viewing Monday Night April 8, 2011 6:02 P.M. By Rich Lowry Do yourself a favor and be sure to watch Rick Brookhiser’s documentary on Alexander Hamilton on PBS Monday night. It is clever, illuminating, moving, and profound. I think it’s even better than Rick’s George Washington documentary, which was extraordinary. Mona wrote her column about it today: “Rediscovering Alexander Hamilton has depth, humor, original techniques, and insight.” Michael Knox Beran reviewed it for NR and said “it is not only the most thoughtful, but also the most ingeniously crafted documentary on the life of an American founder I have seen.” Don’t miss it, and congrats Rick.
