Now wait a minute ..lets be fair here ... Lebel until I was able to prove he was putting out false information was innocent.

Now even the SEC does not worry about shareholders in one sense when they stop trading or delist a stock. No where do I see that is one of their concerns. They have rules and regulations they enforce. That way it stops anyone else from getting nailed. There are cases where no shareholder were harmed just the rules and regulations were violated.

Through out our history exist people who have stood up for what they belive. MADD is an example and their were plenty of resistence to those few voices raising heck because of just now wide spread it was.

In the early west some had to step up and take on the lawless west. Those people were ridiculed and even died for their convictions. But law and order came to the wild west anyway.

I have one question who started the Better Business Bureau?
