Well,well,well!!!!!!!!! Just back from four days away and what do I find??? All this hyperactivity re John and his comments!!!!! Just for the record(and I really don't want to get into any legal discussions with anyone)I believe that John has every right to his opinion re the management performance at ANZ and he has a solid right to voice that opinion(I say this despite my general,though not total,disagreement with his views). Where John overstepped the mark IMO is when he started to make nasty PERSONAL comments about Gray.Anyway enough said about this by the previous 150 posters. I personally look forward to seeing more substantive postings,both positive and negative,on this thread. IMO,I don't think that we will hear much more from ANZ re legal action.After all,they have already had the desired effect of shutting John up,or if he is posting under another user name at least toning down his comments.
