This is a perfect example why nytimes.com is foolish to not implement timestamps as ft.com and bloomberg.com and reuters.com and others do. Sometimes they code a version number, but you posted no link. That's a mishmosh of things, including portions written way before the deal was made about 10:30 PM EDT Friday.
