I don't know why I bother responding but here goes I'm not shorting for a few reasons. One, I legally can't as I'm in the US. You need to be in Canada to short this one, as ASTN director Mark Valentine sure knows. Two, I'm not into shorting. I may out frauds and scams but I prefer to invest in more stable deals. I dont' even really post much on the boards where I'm truly invested. Three, there are a tons of stocks that I could short out there. Why or why would I pick astn who sued me over the others? I wouldn't. I'm still not done legally with astn yet.
