Schumer likens conservatives to a flea

As a tea-partier and retired military man, I take that as a real compliment and know Schumer has been had.

Schumer's analogy is taken from the book The War Of The Flea. Terrific book about insurgency and counter-insurgency warfare.

What dummie Schumer obviously does not know is the fleas won!
