You can pay $1.6 billion for Yahoo....or....

You can buy:

1) Most of Apple computer
2) All of Applied Magnetics with $900 million in change.
3) Half of Western Digital.
4) 11 Pathfinder Mars missions.
5) All of Novellus
6) All of Excite with $1.4 billion in change

It's a silly market to say the least. Does anyone else get the impression that nowadays you can basically write the words "stock certificate" on some sheets of toilet paper and resell them for $50 a piece?
