To the collective basement bunch, "Learn to Trade I realize I'm no miner given my simplified comments regarding extracting the marble. When one considers that the big cost of developing the flow sheet (check done) and the bulk pilot plant (data assessed and all good) are completed and further, the results warranted the PEA and assaying, are we not also stepping into PFS territory? Enviro studies? Mining permits? Sound like they already have given the project a green light? I guess we'll soon know." If your going to play in Quebec you better be prepared for lots of delays, lots of money tied up in paperwork, and lots of redos on plans. You guys planning to clear and decimate kilometers of nature with a rolling fly by the seat of your pants scribble on a piece of paper wish list; chasing tiny vein strikes undulating and dipping 10s of meters. Companies with billions with professional planning teams cannot get buy off on their projects in Quebec. If I were you guys I would plan to relocate... and fast.... Well known project cost factor of doing business in Quebec for simple projects: normal cost X1.5 factor; and delay factors: 4 years longer than else where in Canada for approval if any kind of approval or modified approval at all! And then there is the cost of the delays... Its just the cost of doing business in that part of Canada and is well known. Well at least you have Chiefy screaming from the roof tops - 3 weeks PEA, dump truck and Pamela - production months ago. He really does know it all.... Cie La Vie....
