if Syquest has steadfastly declined to endorse the speculation regarding SparQ, then what was the three or four day announcment doing on the web site - first there and then gone? Wouldn't this constitute legal endorsement if Syquest doesn't produce the fantasy drive in the event of a lawsuit if said drive doesn't carry price points?
