Yes. They've toyed with cards through ODMs, enabling HSCSD for notebooks when HSCSD 1st hit the market and then HSCSD/WiFi. I was surprised they never offered an EDGE card since they were the primary driver of EDGE subscriber equipment commercialization. I didn't know that Nokia had an active "Connectivity Module Business Program" but it would seem that modules (and cards if they offer them) would be a natural adjunct.
