Jay Re "Bear markets" We are already in a bear market in the tech sector - but have we reached the bottom? ". I don't have a crystal ball. I didn't think INTC would drop this low either and we all underestimated Asian crisis. However I think that was has kept this market going for 7 years is not over yet. The market decline is probably more than is called for because all the bad news ( lower earnings and Asia ) all came at the same bad time- O ctober, tax selling season. I think that Asia will appear to stabilize in next 2-3 weeks and then there will be another rally. Worries will return in March-April because we'll know more fully the implications and true charachteristics of Asian crisis. I have continued to buy - sell INTCW all tje way down from 72 to 54 to here, continuously repositioning my self at a lower price so as to be fully invested when the turn around comes, whenever that maybe. I think INTC will be one of the " strong that survive ". TA
