Primarily public union contracts. I am sure though that there are still UAW type contracts that are anchors on their companies.

Bad contracts are contracts that resolution of benefits everyone - not just the corporation. The workers get security in that their jobs are preserved and the unemployed get opportunity to work.

What is labor fairness? Is it once hired never fired? That may seem fair to the bum - but it sure is not fair to the willing worker looking for a job.
