I can't imagine Clinton & Gore giving too much more ammo like this to their opponent's. If Slick Willie has been anything he's been a turn-around artist. It wouldn't surprise me to see a very favorable settlement with MSFT if they view it to turn the markets and make Clinton & Gore look like the retirement fund hero's?

One thing is for sure MSFT is at a 52 week low and it took more than just the DOJ to get it there. All possible fears are in the stock. The best bet now is that something positive is due.
