MESSAGE FROM BILLY by: rmbonger (63/M/Evansville) 12/26/00 11:39 am Msg: 134549 of 134578 For those of you (the vast majority I guess) who do not visit the Club board anymore, please note that Billy posted a brief message there on 12/24. The gist of it, is that the Court appointed agent has received restitution of the money paid for the purchase of the house Colin bought for Lourdes in San Antonio and that Colin has signed an Agreement to pay back a certain sum of money and disgorge a number of cars and other property. This agreement is still subject to approval by the SEC in Washington and then by the Federal Judge. The court will decide where the money goes. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and is looking forward to a better 2001. Regards, Rob
