john, it would take a lot to get this show on the road. Here are few things that could help:

1. Do not expect to gobble up all the "potential" market by yourself, you'll leverage yourself to death.
2. If 1 is right, than, do not "screw" your potential licensees, help them get off the ground.
3. Stop peeling the onion (namely freeze a good working design and exploit it well before you keep "innovating" the product to death)
4. Stick to you knittings (namely, do one thing right before you spread yourself on so many things that none of them is executed correctly).
5. Avoid the floorless as you would the plague.

This is an initial list, I could add another 15 items, but if these are addressed, it is a good start.
