As for ericy biz, there's no news that I'm aware of that vlsi has been
squeezed out by anyone, though the possibillity of Nokia taking ericy biz
has been reported. Suggest calling vlsi.

Remember to expect a restructuring charge this q. Hopefully we'll
get resolution on the management shake up at that time.
