George, you may be right and a while ago the Economist was writing a piece exactly on this issue. Only by enforcing the securities laws and financial reporting will go a big way in cooling of the markets. Tech Stocks will be halved at least if they would report true results including stock options as compensation expenses. I can only assume that those companies contribute to much dollars to the various election campaigns so that no one will touch them BWDIK Haim
