to look to the central bank only in extremely rare situations."">> and he just took some of the fear mentioned here earlier away,, What he is saying is there will be help on the extremely UNLIKELY possibility it is needed but the institution will pay dearly,, I look for no financial institution to need that kind of help and especially no nationally recognized name company.. remember this is not the first time this has happened--
