John,

I've got my secretary working overtime, as I type this, to finish a complete transcription of last night's call. I will then edit it (as she is not familiar with the technical terms, spelling of names, etc.) and hopefully, post the whole thing later tonight.

<How many took part in this conference call and did they clearly identify themselves this time? If so would you please list the firms that took part.>

I spoke with Mark Abernathy earlier today. He said that over 100 people were on the line during the call. I reminded him of an earlier suggestion (after the first CC conference call) that the female who said "the next caller is..." state the caller's name and COMPANY NAME. Mark said he will talk to the company actually handling the conference call about this.

<Item 3. US Thermo. Was any mention of it made?>

Only once directly as I recall. I asked if TTRIF or US Thermo made an offer on the two parcels of land in Massachusetts. He responded that US Thermo is a 100% owned subsidiary of TTRIF, and thus TTRIF was used synonymously.

<Item 7. In regards to Reg financing you quoted Rene, "he said point blank...NO MORE REG D OR REG S! in fact....NO MORE DILUTION outside of the additional $2,000,000 Conv draw down (not required now)". My question; are we finished with the drawdown and if so how much or how many dollars did the company access in total.>

I already posed this question to Rene earlier today..."Where did the additional 10-15 million shares I&O come from since the 59.9 million shares reported on the company's Form 6-K filed 1-31-98?". I'm waiting for an answer.

<During the conference call of April 17, you quoted Rene in your post as saying;

Item 5.Regarding the convertible debentures, he said "he was 99.99% sure all was completed". Again are we finished?>

Rene was counting on closing the non-recourse financing weeks ago and, because he hasn't yet, the additional drawdowns were required to finance construction at Hamilton and Richmond. That being said, I will ask your question when I get him on the phone.

<Item 9. Concerning overseas business. "We have some very interesting news that we should be announcing within a max of a month on the international side.>

Nothing was mentioned yesterday concerning overseas business except Korea. I have a feeling he was referring to Russian sludge plants on the 4-17-98 call. I will ask for clarification and an update.

<Item 14. 5 Projects about to get underway in the State of Washington.>

Was not addressed during the call. I seem to recall mention of a new office opening in Bellingham?, WA. I will try to get an update for you.

<Item 15. The discovery Channel program.>

Was addressed. See the full text of the call.

<As always appreciate your efforts, but at first blush It seems these calls do little to build on one's confidence levels, especially if one backtracks a bit and compares previous calls.>

I spoke with Mark A. about this also. I think it's very important to have written transcripts of all future (and past?) conference calls available on CC's (or TTRIF's) web site for the reasons you cite. This establishes accountability, and hopefully, one day...credibility.

Regards,

David Pickering
