Re payout of AE after the merger, can not determine what it will be from the prospectus, what I do know is that Ketch is approx 2x the size of AE, KCH management are behind it, their whole reason is to "release value". At current prices and distributions not much value is being released so I would expect dist to increase although my purchase is based on the reasons I gave prior. I expect dist to increase but not counting on it,
