The governor in Kentucky has a lot of power. He will be able to prevent the reversing of the Medicaid expansion. He will also be able to change personnel in some boards and commissions that Bevin appointed that had an anti-education bias. Lots of patronage jobs will be available. Legislation will be nearly impossible.
