Tom,

Well you would know better than me about their products. I am weary of the management. They are in a competitive environment and Microsoft if out there. I don't care what you say, Microsoft can scare any company. They are so exceptionally managed, where I question Novell's. If Novell's new CEO has the proper future focus, Novell could prosper. However, that is a big if.

I was a loyal Novell shareholder for over two years and I have become frustrated. The company had several opportunities to shine in my opinion, but they dropped the ball. I guess I have a more jaded outlook, but Novell has not done anything to make me excited, except get rid of Frank????, the old CEO.

Novell is a safe turnaround play because the downside is low and the upside is there (you can't go much lower). If their products are still good as you say, and they develop new future-viewed products then the prospects are good.

I have not paid much attention, but who is the new CEO? I would get on him immediately to turn the company around.

Scott
