Thanks for the report, Gregg, and your sincere efforts to stick to the facts, unlike some of the weirdos on this thread. I personally don't see anything worse in your notes that would suggest bailing out of seg at this time- would I wish that I had never gotten into this mess! It seems to me that so much pessimism has been built into seg that there isn't much downside left, but that it is going to take a year to 18 months for the situation to turn around. If I was sure of an investment in which I could recoup the paper losses I have suffered in seg, I would move on.

Its clear that seg is going to try not to lose any further market share by pricing their drives competitively, which will continue to hurt profitability. They are going to have to do as much streamlining as possible to improve their results. What efforts did you hear from your interview with the CFO that show that management is making serious efforts in this direction?
