August, That 60 seconds execution or free thing was pure BS anyway. It only clouded the actual problem. And isn't that what any reputable broker should strive to do anyway? All the time? Without fail? Market order itself means immediately at the market price. Only exception might be on a very thinly traded stock. Who cares about the 60 second execution thing when it takes a delay of several minutes sometimes just to get the order entered. AMTD can't execute a thing until you actually enter the order. Now theres the problem. Access speed. Website crashes. Phone waits. Etc. Wonder when they will step up to the plate for real and make some service quality, website speed, and reliability guarantees???? My guess is never. Exceptional service doesn't seem to be a priority. Just add some more customers. That will solve all the problems. HAH!
