Deja Vu all over again! We had this discussion back around October 10th. At that time,I suggested that there could be Technical reasons for the momentary weakness in WIND and pointed to Stephen's chart (at Clarion Call) as a possible explanation. Once again, WIND reached the upper channel on that chart,and once again we're seeing a correction. My additional argument against a 1 penny revision from an analyst having an impact here is that no one who seriously follows WIND looks past the analyst on these pages for advice. He has beaten the four analysts that Zack's follows consistently and conclusively. Mitch
