This CGarcia guy.

If anyone has been in the market long enough or read even a fraction of a fraction of these stock threads, then you know people like CGarcia come and go. It's a fact. Maybe 1% of the posters here are honest, and maybe 1% of that 1% fully disclose their intentions, if that.

I base my research on 2 things:

1) the market activity in the stock, which is undisputable by longs or shorts. if you can gauge the market activity, you will be a very profitable trader.

2) financials of the company, which are also undisputable. but 80% of my trading is probably due to #1. 20% here, since alot of times the fundamentals of the stock have no bearing on its movement.

I only read these threads to do one thing:

1) gauge what the small investors in this stock are thinking. its so amusingly obvious when someone is long or short, has a handsome profit, or is nervous or panicky.

Absolutely amazing that these threads are the same things they used to be 10 years ago. No evolution here.
