We look forward to working closely with Ralph Curton, chairman, and the management team in evaluating potential business combinations which will include opportunities in the oil and gas industry.

They have worked with a number of major Wall Street firms that have provided services for well-known industry investors.
''We are pleased with the recognition Cabec is beginning to garner in the investment community,'' he said. ''In addition to M3's investment in Cabec, Wisteria Corporation, a privately held investment firm, has also taken an equity position in the company.''
