Drums,

I noticed in your post you mentioned "layer 3 smart switches into silicon" as the next step for Bay to do to keep costs down.I have been watching Bay for some time and want to find a good entry point maybe after CSCO announces. I did recently get into Madge Networks (although they just showed a loss) because of their new layer 3 switch 3LS, which is silicon. Madge just released this switch in Feb. but sales are not materializing yet. How is Bay's new IP switch doing? I realize Bay has superior sales and marketing to Madge. I know this is Bay thread, but do you think Madge has a good layer 3 product to be in the game and also when is a good entry point into Bay (if there is a good point to enter networking lately). Thanks in advance.
